Based in Oklahoma City, we specialize in semi-truck and medium-duty fleet maintenance and repair. Our History
1992 — Williams Trailer Repair
Founded by Mr. Williams after leaving the OKC Fruehauf Trailer Dealer in 1992 (SW Trailer, later becoming Great Western Trailer).
2006 — City Paint & Body
Founded by Mr. Mckerley (former manager at City Spring), who leveraged deep suspension, PTO, and truck mechanic experience to launch City Paint & Body.
2015 — WTR Services
Williams Trailer Repair restructured into WTR Services.
2021 — City P&B LLC
City Paint & Body restructured into City P&B LLC.
2025 — CP-Fleet & CP-Trailer
City P&B LLC doing business as CP-Fleet; WTR restructured into CP-Trailer.
Collision & Body Repair
CP-Body delivers full-service collision and paint work for semi-trucks and trailers. From frame repair and refinishing to complete paint jobs and branding, our facilities are equipped to handle heavy-duty bodywork.
Suspension & Spring Specialists
